Job Title: Health and Social Care Teacher

Location: Preston

Start Date: January 2026

Job Type: Part-Time

Salary: £168‑£252 a day (experience dependent)

Are you passionate about introducing children to the world of health and social care? Are you looking for work in January? Teaching Personnel is seeking a qualified Health and Social Care teacher to offer support to a College in Preston.

The Role:
  • Ability to plan and deliver Health and Social Care lessons in line with the schools’ curriculum for KS5
  • Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching within a classroom environment
  • Ability to manage classroom environment and optimise student learning and academic performance
Requirements of the Role:
  • QTS (Qualified Teaching Status) or equivalent
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to build quick rapport with students and teachers
