A well-established rail organisation in the United Kingdom is searching for a Health and Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives and foster a positive safety culture across multiple sites. In this role, you will promote safety best practices and engage with teams to drive accountability and improvement. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership experience in health and safety, particularly in engineering or rail, and a NEBOSH Diploma is preferred. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and ongoing professional development.

Salary: Circa 50,000 - 55,000
Hours: 38 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times
