David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. Acton Park is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to ensure day-to-day safety compliance and smooth club operation. You will act as Duty Manager and lead a team, including self-employed contractors, to uphold safety standards.

The role requires IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent qualification, a facilities management qualification, and proven experience managing safety across a service-led leisure facility. The salary is £35,000 per year.

Qualifications

• IOSH/NEBOSH or other recognised H&S qualification.
• Facilities Management qualification (HND, Diploma etc).
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Experience maintaining and operating a facility.
• Experience managing a service-led facility team.

Responsibilities

• Act as Duty Manager and ensure smooth club operation.
• Lead a team and train staff and contractors in safety standards.
• Ensure day-to-day health and safety compliance across the facility.
• Oversee facility maintenance and safety-related incident responses.
