David Lloyd Clubs invites applications for a Health and Safety Manager to join our premium health and wellness club network in the United Kingdom. You will act as Duty Manager, ensuring smooth operations while enforcing health and safety standards and compliance regulations.

You will lead a team and coordinate with self-employed contractors to maintain safety and service quality. We value customer-focused leadership and provide opportunities for professional development.

Qualificações

• IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent recognised H&S qualification.
• Facilities Management qualification (HND, Diploma) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
• Experience maintaining and managing a facility.
• Experience leading a service-led facility team (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail or leisure).
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Duty Manager and oversee day-to-day club operations.
• Ensure daily health, safety and regulatory compliance across the site.
• Lead and train a team; manage a network of self-employed contractors.

As Health and Safety Manager you will regularly act as Duty Manager, taking accountability for ensuring the smooth operation of the club and ensuring day to day health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to. About you:

As Health and Safety Manager, we are looking for someone who:

• Has an IOSH / NEBOSH or other relevant, recognised H&S qualification

• Relevant Facilities Management Qualification (HND, Diploma etc)

• Strong understanding and experience of Health and Safety regulations

• Experience in managing the maintenance and upkeep of a facility.

• Experience in managing a team in a service led facility(e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility)

• Passionate about customer service.
