David-Lloyd-Club in Leigh on Sea is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to lead safety compliance and day-to-day operations as Duty Manager, ensuring the club runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of service.

You will manage a team and self-employed contractors, train staff in health and safety, and foster an inclusive culture while delivering member-focused service.

Qualifications

• IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent health & safety qualification.
• Facilities management qualification (HND, Diploma) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Experience maintaining facilities and managing a service-led team.

Responsabilités

• Act as Duty Manager and ensure smooth club operation.
• Ensure day-to-day health & safety compliance across the site.
• Lead and train a team, including self-employed contractors.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive culture for members and staff.
