David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to act as Duty Manager and oversee day-to-day health, safety, and compliance across the club. You will lead a team, ensure training in line with expectations, and manage self-employed contractors to maintain high standards.

The role requires solid H&S qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH) and a facilities management background, with a passion for customer service and a desire to foster a safe, service-led environment.

Qualificações

• IOSH / NEBOSH or other recognised H&S qualification.
• Facilities Management Qualification (HND, Diploma).
• Strong understanding and experience of Health and Safety regulations.
• Experience in managing the maintenance and upkeep of a facility.
• Experience in managing a team in a service-led facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Duty Manager, ensuring smooth club operation and day-to-day health & safety compliance.
• Lead and train a team in line with company expectations.
• Manage a team of self-employed contractors.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.

About you:

As Health and Safety Manager, we are looking for someone who:

• Has an IOSH / NEBOSH or other relevant, recognised H&S qualification
