David Lloyd Group in Manchester Trafford City is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to lead day-to-day safety, compliance and operations at our premium club. You will act as Duty Manager, train staff, and oversee self-employed contractors to ensure safe, compliant facilities.

The role focuses on health & safety regulations, staff development and delivering a welcoming member experience while maintaining service standards and risk controls across the club.

Qualifications

• Requires IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent qualification.
• Facilities management qualification (HND, Diploma) preferred.
• Experience in maintaining safety compliance within a facility.

Responsibilities

• Act as Duty Manager to ensure smooth club operations.
• Lead and train a team; oversee self-employed contractors.
