David Lloyd Group Kensington seeks a Health and Safety Manager to help run the club safely and efficiently. You will act as Duty Manager, oversee day-to-day safety compliance, and train staff to uphold the highest standards while coordinating with self-employed contractors.

The role demands a recognised H&S qualification, facilities management knowledge, and a strong customer-service mindset to create a secure, welcoming environment for members and families alike.

Qualifications

• IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• Formal facilities management qualification (HND/ diploma) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Experience in maintaining and upkeeping a facility.
• Experience leading a team in a service-led environment.
• Passion for customer service and safety training.

Responsibilities
