David Lloyd Clubs in London is seeking an Health and Safety Manager to oversee day-to-day safety, compliance, and facilities upkeep across our premium club. You will act as Duty Manager, lead a small team, and manage self-employed contractors, ensuring services run smoothly and safely for members and staff.

The ideal candidate holds IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications, a relevant facilities management certificate, and proven experience in a service-led leisure environment, with a strong customer

Qualifications

• IOSH or NEBOSH or equivalent recognised H&S qualification.
• Relevant facilities management qualification (HND, Diploma, etc).
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Experience in maintaining a facility and managing a service-led team.

Responsabilités

• Act as Duty Manager and ensure smooth club operations.
• Lead and train a team in line with company standards.
• Manage a team of self-employed contractors.
• Oversee day-to-day health & safety compliance and regulations.
