Nuffield Health is recruiting a Contact Centre Coordinator for the Epsom Support Centre. This permanent, full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week and involves handling inbound calls and emails with customers, delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Interviews are on 2nd and 8th October; start date is 2nd November 2026. You will need a good standard of English and strong customer-facing experience.

Qualifications

• Passionate about customer service and able to engage with customers kindly and professionally.
• Good standard of English and customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails from customers with professionalism.
• Be part of a fast-paced, varied and dynamic contact centre.
• Cover varied shifts (Mon–Fri 8:00–20:00, Sat 9:00–13:00).
• Deliver excellent customer service, every time.
