Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a proactive Membership Support Executive in Epsom, with hybrid working (1 day per week). You will join our Finance Operations team, supporting membership processing, refunds, and data integrity while delivering excellent service to sites and members.

The role is permanent and full-time, offering up to £27,000 per annum depending on experience. Key tasks include handling membership applications, cancellations, payments, and reporting; maintaining member data; and

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and an objective attitude to challenging situations.
• Able to manage varied workloads and responsibilities.
• Administration experience.
• Experience in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Consumer Membership Refund administration and governance.
• Support on membership applications, cancellations, payment updates and reporting, for sites and central contracts.
• Managing the maintenance of all member data.
• Handling various types of communications and requests direct from members and staff.
• Liaising with gym management and staff to ensure prompt response to member queries and complaints.
• Providing an excellent level of support and customer service at all times.
