Job summary

Nuffield Health in Epsom is seeking a Membership Support Executive to manage refunds, applications, cancellations and data for members. This role is hybrid with one day on-site per week and offers a salary up to £27,000 per annum.

You will handle communications with members and staff to ensure timely responses and quality customer service while supporting a range of membership-related processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Administration experience with attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Familiarity with membership or gym management systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle consumer membership refunds and governance.
• Support on membership applications, cancellations, and payments.
• Maintain all member data and reports for sites and central contracts.
• Respond to member queries and liaise with gym staff.
