Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Contact Centre Coordinator in Epsom to join our support centre. You will professionally handle customer inquiries via calls and emails, maintaining a positive, proactive approach in a busy team environment.

The role involves shift coverage from Monday to Friday 8am–8pm and Saturdays 9am–1pm, with a focus on delivering excellent service and supporting our members and clients across our services.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, proactive customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle all contact with customers, including inbound calls and emails.
• Be part of a fast-paced, varied and dynamic environment.
• Cover shifts Monday to Friday 8am–8pm and Saturdays 9am–1pm.

As a Contact Centre Coordinator, you will:

• Expertly handle all contact with our customers, including dealing with inbound calls and emails.
• Be part of an exciting, fast-paced, varied and dynamic environment.
• Cover varied shifts (between Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm and Saturdays, 9am to 1pm)
• Deliver excellent customer service, every time.
