Health Care Assistants play a vital role in caring for our patients on Ward 3. They are part of a multi-disciplinary team providing care for patients following major orthopaedic surgeries.
The expectation is that the care provided will meet the individual needs of all our patients, whatever the level of dependence. Care will be tailored to the patients needs and be of a consistently high standard.
