Health and Safety Regulatory Junior Associate Solicitor - Up to £50,000 salary + Bonus

A top Legal 500 law firm within a leading insurance group is seeking a Junior Associate to join its team in Manchester.

Ranked by Legal 500 and Chambers, the team advises businesses and professionals on fast-moving, sensitive and high-profile matters, with full training on internal practices and strong partner support.

You’ll handle a uniquely varied, and sometimes high-profile, caseload representing clients subject to investigations and prosecutions relating to : Health & Safety; Corporate Manslaughter; Fire safety; Motor Prosecutions; Environmental crime; and wish to pursue a career in Regulatory crime.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with 0-2 years’ post qualification experience
• Previous experience of Health & safety, environmental crime, motor crime or fire safety
• Excellent client care and communication skills, with the empathy to support distressed clients on sensitive issues
• Well organised, structured and calm under pressure; able to meet competing deadlines
• An ambitious individual with a drive to achieve
• High attention to detail, sound case management and a collaborative, positive approach
• Must hold Full UK driving licence
• Willing to travel across England and Wales to support clients
