We’re now looking for a highly knowledgeable and proactive Health and Safety Manager to ensure every colleague, patient, and visitor across our stores and support offices operates in a safe, compliant, and well‑supported environment.
About the Role:
You’ll lead our Health & Safety agenda across all retail, clinical, and support settings throughout the UK, ensuring compliance with UK legislation, Boots corporate standards, and best‑in‑class safety practice.
This role is hands‑on, practical, and collaborative. You’ll be the subject matter expert for all Health & Safety matters, conducting audits, risk assessments, and investigations, while embedding a strong safety culture across the business.
You’ll also play a key role in developing policies, delivering engaging training, and advising senior leaders on how to continuously improve safety and wellbeing standards.
