Overview

HSE Recruitment are working with a manufacturing company in Chesterfield who are looking for a Health and Safety Manager. This is a single site, stand alone position reporting into the plant manager. The role will focus on challenging behaviours and getting to the root cause of the performance to then focus on a turnaround project. You’ll have the support and backing of the plant manager as well as at a central group level to implement group strategy at a site level.
