The Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust is a multi-academy trust formed by the Diocese of Lincoln in 2013. Headteacher – The Role:

The Headteacher will lead and embed a strong, distinctly Christian vision that shapes all aspects of school life. They will inspire and challenge the school community to live out the Trust and School visions, promoting Excellence, Exploration and Encouragement so that every child can flourish in a creative and nurturing environment.

As part of LAAT, the Headteacher provides professional leadership and is responsible for the effective day-to-day and strategic management of the school.
