We are looking for a Head waiter / ress for our Sagardi Restaurant in London (UK).

We are Sagardi Group , leaders in the hospitality sector and with an international reference project, initially specialized in Basque cuisine and now also diversified in other gastronomic concepts.

It is essential that :
  • You have adaptability, leadership and decision making skills.

What are you going to do in Sagardi? :
  • Plan and organize the ranges taking into account the restaurant's needs.
  • Develop, control and manage the set of tables in the restaurant.
  • Advise customers on both food and beverage.
  • Ensure the highest level of quality.
  • Lead the team together with the Restaurant Manager.
  • Assign tables to diners.
You will be a "top" candidate if in addition :
  • We don't currently provide sponsorship. All applicants must have right to work documents and live in the UK and live within a commutable distance of Shoreditch.
  • At least 2 year of previous experience in a restaurant a la carte with a managing position.
  • Time flexibility to work in split shifts
  • Vocation for gastronomy
  • English language – native level required
  • Other languages are a plus.
  • Great attitude
