A solid grasp of the technical aspects of facilities management, including building systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing is also critical. Experience in energy management, project management, vendor management, and budget management is required.
  • Leadership & Behavioral Qualities: You must be a strategic thinker with proven experience leading a diverse team and driving a culture of accountability. You should be an active listener who fosters collaborative problem-solving, trusting and empowering your team to take ownership. We need a leader who is objective-driven, adaptable, and has strong communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
