A well-known health insurance provider in London is seeking a dedicated professional for operational management and engagement optimization strategies within their Vitality Programme Partnerships. The role involves building key relationships with partners, managing operational tasks, and enhancing member experiences. Candidates should have strong account management experience, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and ideally have knowledge of SQL and Power BI. This full-time position offers a hybrid working pattern and numerous employee benefits, including performance bonuses and health insurance.
Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality London Office. Full time, hours per week.

Combining both day‑to‑day operational management and engagement optimisation, alongside operational innovation for all Vitality Programme Partnerships.
Includes responsibility for both the partners and the associated Vitality platform opportunities, while being the key interface to Vitality’s operational, governance and servicing teams.
Building relationships with all Vitality partners with responsibility for managing and controlling change, maintaining consistent messaging throughout the business both internally and externally.
The role includes UK partners but could develop into European relationships with the imminent expansion.
