Team – Vitality Programme

Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality London Office. Full time, hours per week.

  • Building meaningful and memorable relationships, fronting day‑to‑day operational relationships and strategic reviews with key partners, and managing changes to partner propositions across internal teams (, Marketing, Customer Services)
  • Driving improved processes to enhance member experience and service performance; serving as the key interface to operational, governance, and servicing teams; ensuring partner brands are reflected correctly across all Vitality assets
  • Understanding internal / external issues, recommending solutions, and taking a broad perspective to solve complex problems—often requiring innovative approaches
  • Acting as the business lead for partner‑specific marketing campaigns, driving engagement and growth through strategic initiatives
What this role is all about

Combining both day‑to‑day operational management and engagement optimisation, alongside operational innovation for all Vitality Programme Partnerships.

Includes responsibility for both the partners and the associated Vitality platform opportunities, while being the key interface to Vitality’s operational, governance and servicing teams.

Building relationships with all Vitality partners with responsibility for managing and controlling change, maintaining consistent messaging throughout the business both internally and externally.

The role includes UK partners but could develop into European relationships with the imminent expansion.

Key Actions
  • Manage and maintain the Vitality programme partnership framework working closely with the Sourcing team
  • Front day‑to‑day operational relationships and strategic reviews with key VP partners.
  • Assist the Director of Partnerships with implementation of launch items with specific focus on the introduction of new partners and initiatives
  • Management and drive to create improved processes for Vitality Partners to assist in both the Member experience and Customer Service performance levels
  • Ensuring all Vitality Partners brands are reflected correctly across all Vitality assets
What do you need to thrive?
  • Extensive knowledge of the Vitality product
  • Account management / Partner relationship experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills
  • Health insurance experience and SQL and Power BI experience desirable
