The Sr. Manager Value Engineering EMEA is a senior people leader responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic impact, and team performance across Iterable’s pre‑ and post‑sales technical functions in the region. This leader manages both Solutions Consultants (SCs) and Solutions Architects (SAs) ensuring alignment between technical validation, business‑value articulation, and customer outcomes across enterprise and commercial segments.
This role blends technical credibility, sales acumen, and operational leadership to foster deep alignment across regional Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, ensuring frictionless collaboration throughout the customer lifecycle from introduction and evaluation through activation, adoption, and advocacy.
Lead and mentor a high‑performing team of SCs and SAs across EMEA; drive clarity of purpose, accountability, and measurable outcomes; develop talent; ensure all team members have defined career development plans; and work with technical and soft‑skill sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets and company goals. Foster strong sales and SC relationships. Ensure adherence to engagement standards, ROEs, and service SLAs that improve velocity, utilization, and consistency across the region.
Partner with Revenue Operations and Enablement to define and measure KPIs. Serve as the executive escalation point for key EMEA opportunities, ensuring technical and business confidence at every stage.
Partner with regional sales leaders to influence pipeline strategy, opportunity qualification, and technical win execution.
Alignment: Represent Value Engineering in regional cross‑functional projects collating Sales, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Success. Drive the GTM Product. Act as a senior technical executive with customers building confidence among C‑level stakeholders and connecting strategy, architecture, and measurable outcomes with Customer Success and Account Management teams to drive adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities.
• Proven experience leading Solutions Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or Engineering teams within SaaS, MarTech, or data‑platform environments.
• A balance of strategic leadership and hands‑on technical credibility able to advise both execs and engineers, managing distributed teams across multiple EMEA countries.
• Executive presence and ability to influence at all levels; strong technical pre‑sales architecture and consulting leadership experience in high‑growth SaaS.
• Ability to build scalable frameworks, reusable assets, and measurable operational tools.
• Willingness and ability to travel 25–30 % of the time.
