  • Lead the Commercial Team, providing leadership, training, and mentorship

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of UK Retail should have:

  • Experience managing UK retailers within FMCG at either Senior NAM, Sales Controller or Head of Sales Level.
  • History of developing and delivering growth strategies.
  • Driving and meeting P&L targets.
  • Effective forecasting and accuracy.
  • Business development.
  • Leading and developing high performing sales teams.
  • Effective and honed negotiation skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills at a senior Level
  • Building strong strategic relationships both internally and externally.
