The opportunity

We're looking for a Head of Transactional Accounting to lead our end‑to‑end transactional finance operations, spanning Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control and Billing Operations.

This is a high‑impact leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence, customer experience, cash performance and transformation across a large, multi‑site team. You'll also play a key role in integrating newly acquired businesses and embedding automation and AI into core finance processes.

What you'll be responsible for
  • Leading large transactional finance teams across multiple locations
  • Improving customer ordering, invoicing and payment journeys
  • Driving effective credit control and cash collection performance
  • Owning transactional finance integration for acquisitions
  • Partnering on finance systems transformation initiatives
  • Implementing process standardisation, automation and AI
  • Overseeing AP operations, controls and KPIs
  • Ensuring strong KYC and governance frameworks
