The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of PQE in family law, with experience in various legal matters including Divorce and Care Proceedings. Qualifications

About the Role

As a Supervising Solicitor, you will:

  • Lead, manage, and grow an established family law team.
  • Deliver outstanding legal services and exceptional client care.
  • Support the team in achieving panel accreditation and continuous professional development.
  • Drive business development through networking and relationship building.
What They're Looking For
  • 3+ years PQE in family law.
  • Strong experience in Care Proceedings and PLO matters, Divorce and financial remedy cases, Private Law Children, Domestic Abuse, Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders, and General family matters including cohabitation disputes.
  • Experience managing a team (or readiness to step into a leadership role).
  • Understanding of Legal Aid work and ability to undertake and generate private paying work.
  • A proactive approach to business development and networking.
