Overview

Are you an experienced sales leader with a background in CAE software? Do you have proven expertise in driving business growth and leading teams within simulation technologies? If so, we want to hear from you. This is your chance to join a global engineering leader, heading up the Advanced Simulation Technologies business unit in the UK. In this senior role, you will be responsible for shaping strategy, driving sales, managing customer projects, and leading a high-performing team. As Head of Simulation Technologies, you will work closely with UK and international leadership teams to deliver growth, value creation, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver strategy and business plans for the UK simulation technologies unit.
  • Drive sales growth across software licences and customer projects, maintaining accurate forecasts.
  • Manage budgets, P&L responsibility, and track departmental performance against targets.
  • Build and lead a successful team, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships with key and global accounts.
  • Collaborate with global leadership to align UK activity with international objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record in CAE software sales and business development.
  • Experience in sales management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness with P&L management experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at executive level.
  • Collaborative approach with a proactive mindset.
