An industry-leading events company located in London is seeking a Head of Sales for Exhibitions and Events to drive revenue growth through strategic relationships and innovative sales initiatives. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in event sales, demonstrate a record of exceeding revenue targets, and have excellent communication skills. This role offers a dynamic work environment with a strong emphasis on collaboration, integrity, and sustainability within the events industry.

In 2017, the venue was bought by a consortium led by Yoo Capital and Deutsche Finance international.
Work is currently underway to transform the wider estate into a cultural hub of which Olympia Events will be the central part.
Once complete, the estate will include a new theatre, music venue, two hotels, over 30 eateries, world-class office space and over two acres of public realm.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director - Events you will be responsible for delivering the strategy to secure Exhibition sales that align with Olympia's ambitious commercial growth plan and business objectives.
You will possess a deep understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes to cultivate key relationships and drive revenue growth.
Complete all training provided and promote sustainability practices to meet our Grand Plan objectives
