The Head of Sales within the LKQ Leisure team will be accountable for growing profitable business, driving the assigned channel to achieve a balanced performance, and delivering exceptional standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, support and coach the team to deliver growth across all segments of the business.
  • Determine annual sales targets in conjunction with the Sales Director by analysing trends and results.
  • Work remotely to deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures in line with business goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Leisure & Marine aftermarket.
  • Work in collaboration with all channels, including Trade, Key Accounts, and Branches, in a balanced way.
  • Create a robust succession plan across the team.
  • Act as a key member of the LKQ Leisure & Marine senior management team by actively demonstrating the standards, behaviours, and values to drive team effectiveness across the business.
  • Ensure the channel maintains a great working environment across all locations.
  • Drive customer‑focused, added‑value service solutions and loyalty offerings.
  • Take full responsibility for the channel’s P&L.
Skills And Experience
  • Proven effective planning and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated background in management and leadership skills at the highest level.
  • Self‑critical and challenging of the status quo.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven effective communication skills, a confident cross‑functional communicator with the ability to influence at board level.
  • Pro‑active commercial problem solver and analyst.
  • Self‑starter who can work autonomously and remotely with extensive travel.
  • Significant experience and success with high‑level account management or a similar senior customer‑facing role.
