A leading motorsport organization in London is seeking a Head of the Remote Operations Centre. This role involves leading remote operations during live racing events and shaping future sporting regulations. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years in motorsport, particularly in roles such as Race Strategist or Sporting Director, alongside strong proficiency in English. The position will require significant weekend work and travel during the racing season.

As the Head of the Remote Operations Centre (ROC) & Future Regulations, you will have the unique opportunity to step behind the scenes of Formula 1, Formula 2, and Formula 3. You will lead the FIA's remote operations during live race events and will shape the sporting regulations that will define the future of the sport. You will be at the center of the action, contributing to safeguarding the integrity and fairness of single-seater racing at the highest level. You will report to the Single Seater Sporting Director.
MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role entails significant weekend work, as the candidate is expected to attend the ROC in Geneva for the majority of races during the 2026 F1 season. In addition to attendance at the ROC, the role will require periodic travel to race event locations.
