Join a mission-led team transforming social care in the UK. The platform connects private care businesses and care workers, automates immigration compliance, and delivers a fresh onboarding experience. The goal is to solve complex regulatory challenges, support talent acquisition, and drive meaningful change in a sector ready for disruption.
This is the first product hire, joining with a mandate to deliver growth and shape the evolving product roadmap. Work directly with the CEO, CTO, and engineering team who’ve kept the platform moving. The role offers a fast track to CPO for those who excel and innovate. You need to have seen an early stage startup from boot‑strapped/series A to success and ready to do the same again.
You’ll be building out a team but work as an IC while you get your feet under the table. It’s a huge chance for someone who has dreamed of seeing a company grow and be part of the C‑suite team who help the CEO do it.
