Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the operational backbone, including demand planning, supply chain, and global logistics as the business scales internationally. You will work directly with the Founder in a hybrid setup, shaping systems and processes for rapid growth and stock availability across regions.

The role requires autonomous ownership, strong analytical skills, and experience with Shopify and 3PL coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast-growing DTC ecommerce.
• Strong analytical background; able to build forecasting models and data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing logistics schedules, 3PLs, and lead times.
• Proficiency with Shopify and warehouse management systems (ASNs, inventory reconciliation).
• Financial literacy: cash flow, inventory carrying costs, and spend decisions.

Responsibilities

• Forecast sales and plan inventory across UK, EU, and US warehouses.
• Own supplier relationships, order quantities, and lead times with manufacturers.
• Oversee international shipments, customs, and delivery schedules.
• Manage Shopify product data, SKUs, HS codes, and pricing specs.
• Coordinate production timelines with design and freight schedules.
• Own import/export decisions, tariff codes, and export compliance.
