Position: Head of Maths
Location: Norton College, Worcester, WR5 2BA
Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum depending on experience (not pro rata)
Hours: Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent | Term Time only
Start: January 2026

This role is for a leader who thrives on making a meaningful difference, driving whole‑school improvement, and empowering colleagues to achieve excellence.
You will lead the vision for Maths across KS4, shaping a creative, relevant, and accessible curriculum. You will model exceptional teaching practice, guide a dedicated team, and ensure high‑quality, differentiated learning that builds confidence, independence, and real‑world skills.
Norton College is a specialist school for secondary students aged 11‑19 in Worcester and Tewkesbury. It is a specialist independent provider that aims to positively support young people who have a range of complex learning needs through vocational courses and bespoke learning packages.
