About LoveSign Hub
LoveSign Hub is a UK-based organisation specialising in British Sign Language education, interpreter services and Deaf Awareness training. We help organisations become more accessible and inclusive, and we help people connect across language barriers.
We're a growing team with big plans, and we're looking for someone who can help more organisations discover what we do and why it matters.
The role
As Head of Marketing, you'll own LoveSign Hub's marketing strategy and lead the marketing team day to day. You'll decide where we focus, what we say and how we measure success across brand, content, campaigns, digital and partnerships. You'll manage our Marketing team, support their development, and make sure marketing efforts are closely connected to sales. This role suits someone who is strategic and hands‑on.
What you'll do
- Build and own LoveSign Hub's annual marketing strategy, plan and budget, aligned with business goals
- Lead, manage and develop the marketing team, including regular 1:1s, goal setting and performance reviews
- Set clear priorities and workflows for the team so campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Own our brand positioning, messaging and tone of voice across all channels
- Lead B2B marketing to grow demand for Deaf Awareness training, BSL courses and interpreter services
- Oversee our website, SEO, email marketing and social media, making sure each channel has a clear purpose
- Plan and run integrated campaigns, product launches, webinars and events
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on growth, partnerships, tenders and public-facing communications
- Track and report on marketing performance, using data to show what's working and where to invest
- Manage relationships with external partners, freelancers and agencies where needed
- Make sure all marketing is accessible by default, including captions, BSL and inclusive design
- Protect and strengthen LoveSign Hub's reputation within the Deaf community and with clients
