About LoveSign Hub
LoveSign Hub is a UK-based organisation specialising in British Sign Language education, interpreter services and Deaf Awareness training. We help organisations become more accessible and inclusive, and we help people connect across language barriers.
We're a growing team with big plans, and we're looking for someone who can help more organisations discover what we do and why it matters.
The role
As our Employer Partnerships Executive, you'll build the relationships that create real job opportunities for Deaf candidates. You'll find and engage employers, recruitment partners and other organisations, help them understand the value of hiring Deaf talent, and work with them to place candidates into roles. You'll be the bridge between employers and our candidates: making the case for inclusive hiring, understanding what each organisation needs, and making sure placements are set up to succeed.
What you'll do
- Identify and approach employers, recruitment agencies and organisations that could offer jobs, work placements or training opportunities for Deaf candidates
- Build and manage long-term partnerships, from first contact to active placement partner
- Understand each partner's recruitment needs and match them with suitable candidates, working closely with our Employment Support Advisors
- Help employers make their recruitment and onboarding accessible, including guidance on interviews, BSL interpreters, Access to Work and reasonable adjustments
- Promote LoveSign Hub's Deaf Awareness training and wider services to partners where relevant
- Represent LoveSign Hub at networking events, employer forums, job fairs and partner meetings
- Run proactive online outreach through LinkedIn, email and other channels
- Follow up with employers after placements to support sustainable, successful outcomes
- Keep accurate records of partners, opportunities and placements in our CRM
- Track and report on partnership activity and placement outcomes, including for funding purposes
- Contribute ideas to the Employment Service Manager and the team on growing our employer network and services
