Job summary

LoveSign Hub Ltd, a UK-based organisation specialising in British Sign Language education and Deaf access services, is seeking an Employer Partnerships Executive. You will build and manage partnerships with employers and recruitment partners to place Deaf candidates, ensuring accessible recruitment and onboarding across the UK.

You will engage organisations, promote Deaf Awareness training, and travel as needed to grow the employer network while working mainly remotely.

Qualifications

• Must be Deaf or have lived Deaf experience (as per role note)
• Fluent British Sign Language (BSL Level 6 or native signer) and strong English writing skills
• Experience in business development, partnerships, or employer engagement
• Ability to travel within the UK as needed
• Confident, friendly, professional with strong relationship-building abilities

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach employers, recruitment agencies, and organisations offering jobs or placements for Deaf candidates
• Build and manage long-term partnerships from first contact to active placement
• Understand partners' recruitment needs and match with candidates
• Guide employers on accessible recruitment and onboarding, including interpreters and reasonable adjustments
• Promote Deaf Awareness training and broader services to partners
• Represent LoveSign Hub at events and meetings
• Conduct proactive outreach via LinkedIn, email and other channels
• Maintain CRM records of partners, opportunities and placements
• Track partnership activity and outcomes for funding
• Contribute ideas to grow the employer network
