About LoveSign Hub
LoveSign Hub is a UK-based organisation specialising in British Sign Language education, interpreter services and Deaf Awareness training. We help organisations become more accessible and inclusive, and we help people connect across language barriers.
We're a growing team with big plans, and we're looking for someone who can help more organisations discover what we do and why it matters.
The role
This is a sales role, but it's also about relationships. You'll be the person who opens doors: at events, online and through partnerships that grow into long-term work. You'll find and approach new clients, build partnerships with organisations that share our values, and turn conversations into contracts. You'll also represent LoveSign Hub in the Deaf community and beyond. Your lived experience and perspective will be central to how we build trust with clients and partners.

- Identify and approach new clients including but not limited to corporates, public sector, education and charities for our BSL courses, interpreting services and Deaf Awareness training
- Represent LoveSign Hub at networking events, conferences, community events and client meetings across the UK
- Build and manage a pipeline of partnerships
- Run proactive online outreach through LinkedIn, email and social media
- Understand each client's needs and recommend the right services
- Prepare proposals and follow up confidently to close deals
- Keep accurate records of leads, conversations and progress in our CRM
- Work closely with the wider team to feed client insights back into our services and marketing
- Hit agreed targets for new business and partnerships

Why this role is for Deaf applicants

The position involves representing LoveSign Hub within the Deaf community and building trusted relationships with Deaf-led organisations. It also involves credibly promoting Deaf Awareness training and BSL services, where lived experience is essential to the role.
