Job summary

LoveSign Hub Ltd, a UK-based organisation specialising in British Sign Language education, interpreter services and Deaf Awareness training, is seeking a dynamic sales professional. You will identify new clients, build partnerships and translate conversations into contracts while representing LoveSign Hub in the Deaf community.

This trusted role is mostly remote with occasional travel to London for events, and requires you to nurture long-term relationships with corporates, public sector bodies

Qualifications

• Deaf status is an occupational requirement for this role.
• Fluent in British Sign Language with strong written English.
• 1–3 years' experience in sales, business development, account management or partnerships.
• Confident, friendly and professional; enjoy meeting new people and starting conversations.
• Willing to travel within the UK for events and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new clients including corporates, public sector, education and charities for BSL courses, interpreting services and Deaf Awareness training.
• Represent LoveSign Hub at networking events, conferences, community events and client meetings across the UK.
• Build and manage a pipeline of partnerships.
• Run proactive online outreach through LinkedIn, email and social media.
• Understand each client's needs and recommend the right services.
• Prepare proposals and follow up confidently to close deals.
• Keep accurate records of leads, conversations and progress in our CRM.
• Work closely with the wider team to feed client insights back into our services and marketing.
• Hit agreed targets for new business and partnerships.
