A major infrastructure organization in the UK is seeking a Head of IP Mobilisation to lead the strategic planning and development of the Future IP, a critical role ahead of a multibillion-pound capital raise. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in leadership roles on large infrastructure projects, robust project management skills, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics. This role offers a competitive salary up to £138,000 per annum, comprehensive benefits, and a split working pattern between office and home.
We’re looking for a Head of IP Mobilisation to lead the strategic planning, development, implementation, and readiness testing of the future delivery organisation (the ‘Future IP’) for SESRO – a proposed major new reservoir near Abingdon in Oxfordshire. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of water infrastructure and leave a lasting legacy.
This is a pivotal opportunity to shape an organisation ahead of a multibillion‑pound capital raise. That process will be similar to preparing a company for merger or acquisition. We’re seeking a strategic leader who can navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, build robust people processes and systems, and bring experience of delivery within a regulatory environment. From setting up companies to managing stakeholder relationships at the highest level, this role demands vision, resilience, and the ability to deliver at pace.
Base location: Vauxhall, London.
Working pattern or hours: 36 hours per week with a split of office & home working. 2‑3 days per week in the office.
