Hours: 40 hours per week (including 1 weekend in 6)

What do you need to succeed:

Our Head of Hospitality will provide an exceptional hospitality service within our luxury care home, working with the Catering, Lifestyles, Housekeeping and Hospitality teams.

This is a crucial position and central to the lives of the people we support and their families, so good people skills are essential alongside strong people and organisational skills. If you have previous experience working in the hospitality sector, and have an affinity for care – this is the role for you.

As Head of Hospitality your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage the Hospitality, Lifestyles and Housekeeping teams to ensure that all areas of resident experience is maintaining high standards and person centred care is provided.
• Work closely with the Client Relations team to plan and execute any customer/resident events.
• Ensure that dining areas are set up and maintained to a very high standard.
• Ensure that the Housekeeping team carry out their duties effectively to maintain the cleanliness of the home and resident laundry.
