A leading real estate firm in Greater London is seeking an experienced Head of Health & Safety to influence strategy and strengthen safety culture. This role involves leading compliance efforts, advising senior management, and overseeing health and safety management systems across a diverse property portfolio. Our client, a FTSE 250 Real Estate business, is seeking a proactive and confident Head of Health & Safety to deliver both strategic direction and operational support across a varied commercial property portfolio. Working closely with senior leaders, operational teams, and key suppliers, you will drive high standards, promote a positive safety culture, and ensure robust, compliant practices throughout the organisation.
This is a full-time permanent role, working 37½ hours per week Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 with 1 hour for lunch and the potential to work remotely one day per week. The job is available to start as soon as possible upon appointment. The client has not notified us of any specific Health & Safety risks. The notice period is 1 week during probation, rising to 1 month thereafter and is paid on a monthly, salaried basis. Salary offered will be dependent on experience. You will be entitled to 25 days holiday + your birthday off work + bank holidays + pension (3/6) rising to (5/10) after 1 year + 4x DiS + personal accident scheme + income protection + private medical + benefits. You will be based at N1 head office with travel across London.
