Overview

We are looking to recruit a Head of Governance with a strong understanding of multi-academy trust governance and excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. In this role you will be a key part of a small and effective DSAT Services Team and have the opportunity to make a difference to the governance of all our schools across Dorset and Wiltshire, supporting the education of around 5000 children and 900 staff.

Responsibilities
  • Take the lead on managing complaints.
  • Act as Data Protection Officer for the Trust (full training and external support provided as required).
  • Support governors and trustees with governance administration, with the Governance Professional providing support for many administrative aspects.
  • Collaborate with DSAT Services Team to enhance governance across the trust.
