Job summary

Complete Security Recruitment seeks an experienced Head of Service / Fire & Security Service Manager to lead the service department in the South West of England. You will oversee service delivery, KPIs, SLAs and client relationships while driving profitability and growth.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires a strong background in fire and security services with a focus on client engagement and service expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fire and security service department.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs and SLAs.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and grow spend.
• Track record of driving department profitability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive the service department, ensuring delivery against KPIs and SLAs.
• Direct reports from Service Desk Manager and interaction with Operations Manager; manage client relationships and profitability.
