Job summary
RSD Recruitment in the South is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to own new business growth in the Fire & Security sector. You will identify opportunities, build relationships and win high-value installation, service and maintenance contracts.
You will manage the full sales cycle, develop proposals, negotiate contracts and upsell across existing accounts, working with technical teams to deliver the right solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven business development or sales experience in fire & security.
- Strong track record of winning new business.
- Experience selling installation projects and service contracts.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and grow new accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to contract and mobilisation.
- Win installation, service and maintenance contracts.
- Develop proposals, quotations and commercial solutions.
- Negotiate contracts to hit revenue and margin targets.
- Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasts and CRM activity.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver solutions.
