Job summary

Complete Security Recruitment is seeking a Head of Service / Fire & Security Service Manager to lead a dedicated service team in the South West of England. You will ensure strong service delivery, manage KPIs and SLAs, and cultivate client relationships to expand spend and services.

The role carries responsibility for profitability and strategic oversight, with direct reporting to the Operations Manager and a Service Desk Manager under supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading a fire and security service department.
• Excellent commercial awareness and ability to drive profitability.
• Experience managing departmental performance and client spend growth.
• Deep knowledge of KPIs and SLAs in service delivery.
• Overseeing and supporting service management teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the service department operations and budgets.
• Direct reports include Service Desk Manager; report to Operations Manager.
• Ensure financial performance and profitability of the department.
• Monitor and drive KPIs and SLAs; manage client relationships to grow spend.
• Develop and expand the range of services provided to clients.
