Job summary

Global Fire and Security Systems is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive installations, service and maintenance contracts. The role covers London and the South East, with a field-based working pattern and a competitive package including incentive and a car/car allowance.

You will win new opportunities, build relationships with new and existing clients, and manage contracts from presales to handover, with a focus on sustaining a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience developing new business in the fire and security install/maintain sector.
• Experience preparing documentation for client consideration.
• Ability to manage time and prioritise to maximise results.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business from new and existing clients for system servicing and maintenance/installations.
• Manage client relationships from presales through to sale completion and handover.
• Account management of Canary Wharf contracts.
• Maintain a sustainable sales pipeline.
• Negotiate with new clients on cost and delivery.
• Forecast sales based on market analysis and deliver against forecast.
