Job summary

Complete Security Recruitment is seeking a Head of Service / Fire & Security Service Manager in the UK to lead a dedicated service department. You will manage KPIs and SLAs, develop client relationships, and drive profitability across the fire and security portfolio.

Fire & Security Role: Are you a Head of Service / Fire & Security Service Manager working with service delivery, KPIs, SLAs and client relationships?

Paying up to £65k + car or car allowance

What can you expect as an employee:

• Basic salary of £60,000 - £65,000
• Company car or car allowance

A well-established fire and security business in the South West of England is seeking an experienced Head of Service to oversee the running of its service department.

You will have direct reports from the Service Desk Manager and report directly to the Operations Manager.

The role carries responsibility for the financial performance and profitability of the department, as well as overseeing KPIs and SLAs. You will also work directly with clients, helping to grow relationships, increase client spend and expand the range of services provided.
