Job summary

Complete Security Recruitment is seeking a Head of Service / Fire & Security Service Manager in the UK to lead a dedicated service department. You will manage KPIs and SLAs, develop client relationships, and drive profitability across the fire and security portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing a fire and security service department.
• Excellent commercial awareness.
• Experience managing departmental performance and profitability.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs and SLAs.
• Experience developing client relationships and increasing client spend.
• The ability to oversee and support service management teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the running of the service department.
• Direct reports from the Service Desk Manager and report to the Operations Manager.
• Own the financial performance and profitability of the department, including KPI/SLAs.
• Collaborate with clients to grow relationships and expand the range of services provided.
