Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking an Interim Head of Finance Operations for a 9-month contract based in London with a hybrid working model. We are looking for a finance transformation leader passionate about building high-performing teams and modernising core finance processes. The role involves leading the establishment of an Operations Finance function and driving improvements within transactional finance processes. Ideal candidates will have solid experience in complex organisations, excellent communication skills, and be a qualified accountant.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and executing best-practice roadmaps for Operations Finance.
• Strong transformation background within complex organisations.
• Ability to assess and optimise processes and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and establishment of an Operations Finance function.
• Drive best-practice process improvements across transactional finance.
• Partner closely with Finance, IT, Data, Actuarial and Underwriting teams.
