A values-driven housing organization is seeking a Head of Finance & Digital Improvement based in Edinburgh. This hybrid role involves leading financial strategies and overseeing compliance with UK accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a Chartered Accountant qualification and experience in a senior leadership role. Work Location: Hybrid, Edinburgh based.
Hours: 37 hours per week.
Salary: £57,696.82 + £4,564.80 Car Allowance.
This role reports directly to the Director of Finance & Digital Improvement, deputising as required and acting as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team, Board, and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience as part of a senior leadership team, driving strategic initiatives and demonstrating inspiring leadership. They should maintain continuously developed skills, knowledge and expertise through structured CPD as a Chartered Accountant.
