I'm delighted to be retained to recruit a genuinely exciting Head of Finance position for a successful, high-growth organisation based in North Nottinghamshire. Part of a wider global group, the business is already delivering revenues of c.£40m and has a clear, ambitious plan to scale to £100m in the coming years through a blend of organic growth and strategic acquisition.

This is a pivotal, hands-on role as the number one in finance, sitting on the Senior Leadership Team and shaping the financial direction of the business during a transformative period. It offers the ideal platform for someone who wants to make a visible impact, influence decision-making, and play a central role in driving commercial performance.

The Head of Finance will lead the finance function end-to-end, ensuring the business is equipped with high-quality reporting, insightful analysis, and robust financial control. You'll work closely with operations and the wider leadership team to support growth, challenge performance, and identify opportunities to enhance profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes
• Provide clear, commercially focused insight to support strategic decision-making
